Discover Cal Lecture Series: Blue Skies for the Golden State: Solutions to California’s Current and Future Water Challenges
Tuesday, November 10, 6:30 pm
What challenges — and solutions — are in store for California as it struggles to provide us with water in the coming decades?
Join members of the Development and Alumni Engagement team, including Director of Development, Joy Iwasa, as two of Cal’s most noted water experts, David Sedlak and David Sunding lead a discussion on the technologies and management practices that can be used to break our cities’ reliance on imported water (which may become less reliable as climate changes takes hold) — and how our existing water system might change in the future.
